Gate Terminal announced its availability for both one billion cubic meters (BCM) and two BCM of capacity. During the open season for the capacity, several parties signed confidentiality agreements, but no commitments were made by the April 19, 2019 deadline.
Following the deadline expiration, the capacity remained available on a first-come basis and became available to new parties without existing confidentiality agreements.
