Australian energy group Santos has awarded KBR the rights to perform an energy efficiency study at the company’s Gladstone LNG (GLNG) project.
KBR will explore the possibility of reducing the GLNG liquefaction facility’s CO2 emissions along with improving overall energy efficiency. The company will help GLNG identify and screen methods to improve the plant’s thermal efficiency while bringing down carbon emissions.
