Hyundai Heavy Industries (HHI), a Korean shipyard, has chosen GTT to design tanks for a Capital Gas Carriers vessel. The Greek shipowner first ordered from GTT in 2018 and has returned in 2019.
GTT will design a 174,000 m3 LNG tank for the vessel and plans to use the Mark III Flex membrane, a GTT-developed containment system. Completion is expected in the second half of 2021.
